Transit Yards undetected help please

I am wondering on transit yards if you don't have to remain undetected in the moving train part as Sam. I am seeing all kinds of walkthrough videos saying that they beat it undetected but they got combat takedowns in the moving train part. Combat takedowns at any other point mean you are detected. Can someone clear this up for me? please

Hmmm, I don't know. It does seem like you would be automatically detected. You could try sleeping gas on the group right away. If you are detected right away before even doing anything, then it looks like it's impossible.
