does this mean wind waker tingle somehow got surfaced from termina somehow into hyrule? he's turning a windmill in windwaker, maybe these things used to be powered mechanically to create the "illusion" of termina?

The Wind Waker Tingle is a guy who heard about Majora's Mask Tingle and decided to wear Tingle's clothes in honor of that story of MM Tingle. Look up "The Legend of the Fairy" if you'd like to learn more.
