Tales Of Graces f - Expunging Sword Did I miss it?

I've started Lineags & Legacies without getting Asbel's Expunging Sword. I went to the Knight Academy and there wasn't any Victoria. Have I lost the opportunity to get the tech? Must I now go to Lv. 200 to get the tech?

I forget how you unlock it exactly but if it requires you to do it in the main game then just finish L&L and you will have the option to keep going from where you last saved in the main story. Just make sure you've done all you want to do in L&L first since saving at the end of that will require you to start L&L from the beginning again.
