I actually thought Noembelu was going to be the doll that made it in, to be honest. Would've been interesting to see how she interacted with T.Hawk, and it could've been pretty cool to have a tomahawk user in the game.
Decapre's special moves and Ultras look pretty interesting, although I rarely use charge-only characters so I won't be using her very often. I can understand why people would be disappointed, but it certainly doesn't deserve this much hate.
