The controls are like TERA's or SWTOR's. They are pretty much the standard of any modern MMORPG. So I think people are being a bit dramatic, it's not like Bioware created something new and flawed, it simply used the control scheme of most online action rpg games out there. Personaly I didn't have any problem at all with the controls, although I must say I was already super skilled in TERA before playing this game
