Skipped episodes help in TWD: 400 days.

When I go to start 400 Days it asks me if I was to generate decisions for skipped episodes, but when I say no it wont let me continue. I dont have any skipped episodes, I just dont have all of them installed except for Ep. 1. Do I need them all installed in order make use of any decisions I made in the other episodes?

Sorry if I wasnt clear. I thought I had made that clear when I said I wasnt missing any episodes.
