Side missions post game

I really want to finish the main campaign before tackling all the side missions but without spoiling anything, could someone let me know what the best order is? I was hoping it would be similar to City and Origins where you could free roam and complete any outstanding missions after completing the main campaign.

I finished the main campaign and you can still free roam in fact you have to finish off all the side quests (even the obnoxious riddles to get the full ending).
