Dwayne's Story would make a Good Prequel For GTA IV in the 90's Maybe around 1994 or 1996 We Get to Take Control of the North Holland Hustlers and Dwayne's Empire Get to See him his relationship with Cherise and Playboy X and Liberty City In the 90's
