:^/ It's a sliding tile puzzle. Hit one of the generators with the Remote Electrical Charge gun and it'll repel or attract the tiles in the corresponding row or column. However, that'll always leave the open spots on the edges, and you want to move the open spot to where the laser beam from the ceiling indicates. To move only some of the tiles in the row/column instead of all of them, get Catwoman to stand on one of the tiles. That'll lock it down, so only the tiles between her and the empty space will move.
