for the gold edition do I need internet for the dlc to appear?

Judging by the description, you will at least need to connect to the internet to download Not a Hero and End of Zoe. I'm not sure if the two Banned Footage DLC's are included on-disc or if you have to download them.

Yes they are included as downloadable codes.

I only had to download Not a Hero. Everything else was already on the disc.

I was just going by the description from Amazon or Gamestop which made it sound like you had to redeem codes to download them.
