how do you possibly make a M star wars game? and why would you want to? there can be no blood because there is none in star wars ever, no granted there is head and limb cutting off on occasion but that's only with the jedi and you don't play a jedi and those things happened in pg rated movies. second of all there's never any cursing in star wars and if you put that in your not being true to the star wars universe in a way. there's no reason to make this M rated there's never been one rated M and there's never been a problem with sales so someone explain why they are doing this.

They did say that this game was going to have a darker story then most parts of the star wars universe. After all you got to remember even the kids that saw the original star wars movies that were re-released are now in their 20s. They have the audience for the product, look at mature rpgs, Mass Effect, Drgaon Age, Skyrim, The Witcher.

It will be "mature" like how Episode III was more "mature" than Episode I, II, VI. It will deal with all forms of crime; so drug use, violence, blood, suggestive themes (slave girls), mild cursing, smoking, etc. One developer said that it won't have the level of violence of COD, because "We aren't pyschopaths." It will most likely be mature like Ep. III.
