I rate tar21 an 8. High rate of fire. A bit weak. They lowered the damage from the first rsv. The 2 aks are the strongest assault rifles while tar21 and famas have highest rate of fire.

9 i would give it a 10 but theres no such thing as a perfect gun imo. its made by the good ole folks at barrett whom ive met and they know their stuff, great gun!
