From time to time I will get a visit from Jimmy Carter and his dog or some other President. Is that just something that Nintendo downloads to your 3DS every so often like the Nintendo Videos or is that Street Pass and I keep running into people who named themselves after Presidents? (I'm assuming that its just a Nintendo download) Are all of you recieving these? I couldn't find anything on this in the manual or walkthroughs.
