Spoilers Question about the Ending

I have a question about the ending and was hoping someone can clarify. I haven't actually completed the ending yet so no real spoilers for that but...

If I activate Knightfall at 85% (where I currently am) complete and watch that ending, can I still come back, finish all the side missions, riddler trophies, etc. and still get the "true ending" once I reach 100% completion?

You probably know this by now, but yeah, when you're first able to trigger Knightfall protocol, you can and it'll return you to the game after with prompt to finish remaining missions to see the full protocol/ending.
