NAME:the brand u will connect - the NEXT-GENS?
SIZE:what size will u choose/connect - the NEXT-GENS?
HZ:how much HZ is. Good for u or good enough for the NEXT-GENS?
MS:fast/speed what # of MS do u want/prefer for the NEXT-GENS?

Don't be cheap. I have a 46" Apex that is 1080p 60Hz and I believe the miliseconds is like 5 or something. Framerate is dependent on game. Most games will run at 60FPS and some will be 30FPS.
