So my last game in this series was MLB 2k10 on PC. Enjoyable, yes... despite the bugs (no injuries? seriously?)

Now I'm thinking I wanna upgrade. Should I grab 2k12, or pick up 2k11? Is 2k12 really that much better than 2k11 to warrant the higher price now? Did EITHER of those versions let you put custom teams in franchise mode? (Doubtful but I thought I'd ask anyway.) I really don't care much about realism or rosters or whatever... I spend most of my time with created players and teams and My Player anyway. But... it would be nice to get some online play in... at least before people find ways to cheat. [face_tongue]

Basically for someone who missed out on 2k11, is 2k12 worth getting?

I have been enjoying 2k12 a lot. I think the pitching and hitting are a huge step up from 2k10 because I like you went from 2k10 to 2k12. I played 2k11 at my cousins, and it just felt weird. Its up to you whether you want to shell out 60 or 50 depending on what system, but for me it was worth it.

Fortunately for me I'm only playing the PC versions (no Xbox here...) so it's only like $30 on Steam. :D

2k12 is a great game.. There's still some bugs but honestly what game doesn't have some problems.
