Oscorp Bio labs

When you go to the emails there is one titled "enemy database updated" and it gives you a list of people to go after at oscorp(especially the bio lab) I can't find this and I can't figure out how to get in to the oscorp building. Can someone help?

Sort it. The "enemies left" email is actually a list of all enemies

If you want to go in the Bio Labs go to the board in the apartment and select it. Oh and if you don't have all the collectibles, there is A LOT to do still.
