Objects with purple sparklies?

It says that you need the "Deconstructor" gun to blow up shiny black legos but I cannot figure out how to blow up the shiny black legos surrounded by puple sparkly stuff. The deconstructor gun definitely is not working. Are these different from the legos that blow up with batmans gun and if so, does anyone know which character can dsestroy these and how??

Im pretty sure only Lex has the deconstructor. Lex can disassemble black legos, batman can only destroy silver legos.

That's true - Lex is the only character who can destroy any purple sparkling objects, and from the looks of it only Flash can put them back together again.
