He's second in win shares at 3.8 (KAT 4.7) and TS% but first in WS/48, BPM, and PER.

Per 36 he's 17p/10r/3a/1b/2s

Its pretty remarkable how much of an impact hes having on this Nuggets team. Super high basketball IQ... He's essentially relied on heavily to be a play-maker for the starting unit and hes doing a great job at it. He's become part of the focal point of our offense; His ability to pass and create plays from the high post has really kept our offense from remaining stagnant. Once he gets the ball in his hands, he becomes a threat to pass, shoot or attack with his back to the basket. The Raptors had no answer for him last night. I'm very excited to have this young man as a part of our young core. He was the 41st fucking pick, we really struck gold here.


Oh and hes ranked 10th in TS%, 10th in offensive rating, 5th in FG% and 4th among centers in real +/-

Wrong. The Raptors are the 5th best team in the league in terms of defending the paint. Biyombo is a very good rim protector and help defender and Valanciunas is a solid man defender that is improving as a help defender. Not sure where you're getting your opinion that the Raptors have a bad interior defense from

Biyombo is a very good rim protector and help defender and Valanciunas is a solid man defender that is improving as a help defender. So one youtube highlights video is enough for you to make an opinion on our defense?

Centers that can shoot 3s and deep 2s gives us huge issues, that's our Achilles heel. JV isn't quick enough to defend them up there and our defensive scheme is built to keep JV as close to the rim as possible, the fact Jokic can space the floor and pass from the 5 spot is just icing on the cake, it's the same reason why the Bulls always beat us, Pau destroys us with high post passing and the ability to knock down the open deep 2 on the pick and pop.

The Raptors don't have elite talent, we're going to have weaknesses and Dwane Casey wants to make sure that weakness isn't our interior defense, and so far it hasn't been. We're the 9th best defensive team in the league, there's nothing "lolsy" about our defense, this was just a case of our biggest weakness exposing us

Luckily, not many teams have a really good floor spacing center that can pass effectively so I'm not going to panic over one loss where we clearly didn't have it offensively or defensively.

i am going to say one thing, you guys lack size in the front court

also, yes, i saw that in the video. it wasn't necessarily your bigs that sucked, but really the help defense with wing players that lacked effort and their size didn't do them any favors.
