New Attention banner doesn't read well in Dark Mode

In dark mode this is barely readable. A user needs to highlight it to read the text, which seems to also clear sometimes.

Here is an image of what it looks like in Dark mode, maybe needs to be adjusted for font color in dark mode for easier reading.
