MU's second child?

i read somewhere that i can unlock a sibling for morgan. ive been building a lot of suport but i havent got the next paralogue yet. help?

Morgan can have a sibling if MU is male (or female if paired with Chrom) and paired with a mother that can produce a child. If you paired MU with Lissa, Owain would be Morgan's brother. If you paired MU with a unit that doesn't have a child like Anna, Say'ri, or Flavia, Morgan will be MU's only child.

im paired with miriel who has s support options with other chars

Each unit can only have one support level at S rank, everything after your first S caps at A. In your case, Morgan's brother will be Laurent.

When you recruit him in his paralogue. It's the one in at the desert oasis. You need to visit the first village that appears with Miriel.
