MGS_5_Phanpain help?!

i finished mission 10 " angel with broken wings". But i can not figure out how to progress it just says i completed the mission. i used a walk through and there was a cut scene it showed in the walkthrough but when i play it shows none anyone else have the same problem?

If you continue to do side ops it will eventually become available.

Yep, just keep doing the side-ops, it will eventually trigger the next main op.
