Idk if it's just me but all the rings i get, regardless of what the say either increase damage by thirty percent or increase ability duration by 30 percent. Is my game glitches or is that's how it's supposed to be?
No. That's just what skill booster rings do. There are a lot of other types of rings out there that give flanking bonuses, crit hit bonuses, attack bonuses, and so on.
Yes and better versions give better increases... There are purple ones, like Superior Flanking Rings or Superior Attack Rings... Don't think I've seen any purple ability rings, though... Just blue ones.
