Been watching these boards for a while now, and @aryan_1, you seem pretty cool and I would like to join your crew. Will be playing a lot and looking for a crew with good teamwork. I don't know if that was intentional or some extremely poor choice of words but i would address this immediately. I think i speak for everyone when I say, we don't tolerate any these things AT ALL.

The Chosen Disciples, new start up crew on Xbox 360 recruiting muscle. Original creators will be higher ranks but everyone will have the ability to promote (especially those who are flying specialists as that will be a valuable asset). We want our hands in everything, from huge heists, liquor store holdups, attacking other gangs and their hideouts and in general building an empire. We will have a code as a crew:

1. Thou shalt not internally beef with the crew
2. Thou shalt not stiff crew members for their share of the heist loot
3. Thou shalt always backup crew members in a firefight
4. Thou shalt represent the crew with respect and ruthlessness
5. Thou shalt respect the crew hierarchy and senior ranking criminals
6. Those who violate the code depending on the severity of the crime, shall be banished and branded a traitor.

Hey guys, we're all super excited for GTA I know, I know. I just wanted to put my Crew name out there for anyone that wants to have fun on GTA online and be part of a little online family while you do it.

We're not putting restrictions on who you want your character to be and what you drive but when it comes to crew related activities we're trying to stick to a colour and car class. That doesn't mean we'll stop you from driving your sporty Aston Martin lookalike generally but during crew missions we'll want you to stick to crew cars.

The leader is super dedicated to building this crew up and you'll have a good laugh with him and the rest of us that have been put in charge.

One last thing. We want to have fun but a little maturity goes a long way. We don't tolerate sexism, racism, etc... I'm sure you guys can appreciate that.

I'm looking to start a crew for GTA V called True Criminals Est. In this group everyone is heard. Your voice will matter. Everyone will get a chance to pick out what is our next objective or who is our next target (doesn't necessarily mean that everyone will be commissioners) . Also, this is an independent type crew. So you can go out on your own and make money without having to share money with anyone else. Or you can team up with some of your fellow members (which you need to do atleast once) and go out and rob a place where the payout should be handled appropiately. For Ex. If it's two of you the payout should be 50/50. No if ands or buts.Our ultimate goal is to be #1.

Starting up a new crew for GTAV (360): "THE GSA" (Aka the Los Santos Gay-Straight Alliance aka The GS Alliance or The Alliance, since the word "gay" cannot be used on Rockstar's site).

I want to create a crew with a diverse, mature, and skilled membership, including LGBTQ people and their Straight Allies. Los Santos is a rough place, and everyone needs an ally. In regard to gang hierarchies, all members participating will get an equal share of loot. First recruits will have early access to higher positions to enable the broad recruitment of skilled players. Moving up the ranks requires participation and display of leadership, coordinating group events, and helping with admin aspects on R*SocialClub. All members should be able to play regularly and willing to support their fellow crew members when help is needed. Headsets are preferred for better coordination in-game. If you like to play hard, work as a team, or just have fun, this crew is for you. I want this crew to be respected by other crews and increase the visibility of LGBTQ players and their Allies in the Rockstar Online community which seems to be lacking currently.

Don't feel as though you have a true opportunity to establish yourself in a crew with 40 plus crew members? What about advancement opportunity and feeling as though it will never happen where you're at? Too much drama in your crew about who should do what or how the money will be split?

Look no further as The United American Army is recruiting. This will be a small, structured and organized crew with plenty of advancement opportunities. No need to worry about any sort of drama as we are recruiting team orientated players who know what it takes to make a family successful. This will be a military/mafia style family that in the end knows that we can not divulge in all work and no play. We will enjoy all of the luxuries Los Santos has to offer us as well as getting rich. Money will be split completely even amongst those who participate in the successful heist.

The United American Army was founded by The General (Crew Leader) in 2010 and has been making a name for itself ever since. Loyalty, respect and honor above all else is what is required to be apart of this family. If you join UAA you will forever have protection from a brotherhood when walking the streets of Los Santos as we would expect nothing less.

This crew will be taking back the streets of Los Santos by force on Xbox 360. Care to be apart of something bigger then you or I?

An Honorary Lieutenant will be picked by both of the Lieutenant Generals with whom they see capable of handing the job. Lieutenants see the basic functions run smoothly throughout the crew. Make sure there are no quarrels amongst any crew members and handles things internally. Each
Lieutenant has the authority to promote any 2 members of the crew through the ranks to the position of Representative.

(Representatives)
(6)Sergeant
Representatives will manage all things street. Whether that is smuggling, drug deals ect, the reps will have a hand in it and work side by side with the muscle to ensure things run smoothly.

(Muscle)
(10)Private First Class


Currently we have of course The General, 2 Lieutenant General, 1 Sergeant, 2 Private First Class.


We are also looking for our members to fit into specific roles.

Crew Member Roles


The Wheelman: This role is for expert wheelmen both on the ground and through the air. (Occasionally by water) Knowledge of Los Santos and Blaine County roads defiantly preferred. The wheelman should be 100% dedicated to having a full garage of beautifully customized cars including those that are armored for when the job requires it.

Enforcers: Your basic brute that doesn't care to specialize in anything except bringing down destruction amongst those that cross the family. In essence they are combat specialists that when things go south you can rely on them to get everyone out safe. Enforcers should have a fully stocked customized weapons collection for whatever the circumstances may be.

Sharp Shooter: Someone who is exceptionally skilled in the art of long distance warfare and highly accurate in all combat scenarios.

Ghost: The silent assassin who are called upon when sh*t hits the fan and things need to be restored whether internally or externally. Silent killers. The crew will have only 1 Ghost and nobody outside of the Leader and Commissioner will know who he or she is. The Ghost will not disclose any information with any of the crew members but will always report back to the leader and commissioner.

Technician: Explosives, electronic, and gadget expert. The Technician will also be one of the most important brains behind all operations as all detail plans will come from him.

Soldiers: This is the equivalent of your team player / basic solider and will do whatever is asked of him or her. Doesn't excel at one particular thing but does everything to the best of their abilities. Every crew needs this important piece to be successful.

I'm the founder of the crew and I'm looking for some nice people to join our crew. what separates us from all other crews out there is the way we function. There are no "leaders" "captains" or anyone else who bosses around, but we also realize that no group or team is strong enough without a leader. So.. With every heist or mission we will appoint one person as our leader.. we can vote, we can race, we can play all other games that are available in the game to determine the winner and the winner becomes the leader to guide us through the mission/heist. No one can become a leader twice until everyone has become a leader at least once. This way.. no one feels less important and with every mission and every heist we have something new to look forward to.. it wont be monotonous. ​

We don't like any kind of drama and fights. We are a group that enjoys each others company and have each others back at all times. We are here to have a good time, and anyone that ruins the harmony..is bound to get kicked out after 3 warnings.​

We undertand that there will be people who are extremely good in this game, and there will be those who are not that great.. I want people who wont judge others no matter what. Yelling, screaming, cussing them out or calling them losers don't really make the weak guys do better. Support on the other hand..works a thousand times better. ​

Currently there are 5 commissioners and I want 7 commissioners. there are 2 lieutenants and I want 7 of them as well. There are no Representatives(need 7) and no muscle at the moment.. ​

So if you are interested, kindly let me know which position you want and why will you be a suitable candidate for that position.​


PS: Please do understand that Social Club has created a hierarchy which we need to follow and I can't have everyone as a Commissioner. I did that once and people started demoting each other.. which is why I need trustworthy and responsible people with that sort of power. But I stand on my terms.. there will be no bossing around, no permanent leaders or captains, no bullying. ​

It's alright man. It just baffles me that people think they can come in on day one and be on the same ground as people who have been here talking to some of these people for ten years. It's not a superiority thing, it's a familiarity thing. And... I'm not on here ALL day lol. My post count works out to 15 posts a day. I have a job, a wife, and two kids on top of my internet addiction lol.

The worst part is I wasn't even ragging on him. I put up a post asking about a crew for board regs and he decided to vent his nerd rage on me.

It's alright man. It just baffles me that people think they can come in on day one and be on the same ground as people who have been here talking to some of these people for ten years. It's not a superiority thing, it's a familiarity thing. And... I'm not on here ALL day lol. My post count works out to 15 posts a day. I have a job, a wife, and two kids on top of my internet addiction lol.

The worst part is I wasn't even ragging on him. I put up a post asking about a crew for board regs and he decided to vent his nerd rage on me.

We all should IMHO. We'd all be better off consilidated to one large group instead of a number of smaller ones. The one I posted is the biggest one so far, with like 45-ish members.

4chan and Reddit have at least one 300 member crew each.

We undertand that there will be people who are extremely good in this game, and there will be those who are not that great.. I want people who wont judge others no matter what. Yelling, screaming, cussing them out or calling them losers don't really make the weak guys do better. Support on the other hand..works a thousand times better. ​

Currently there are 5 commissioners and I want 7 commissioners. there are 2 lieutenants and I want 7 of them as well. There are no Representatives(need 7) and no muscle at the moment.. ​

So if you are interested, kindly let me know which position you want and why will you be a suitable candidate for that position.​


PS: Please do understand that Social Club has created a hierarchy which we need to follow and I can't have everyone as a Commissioner. I did that once and people started demoting each other.. which is why I need trustworthy and responsible people with that sort of power. But I stand on my terms.. there will be no bossing around, no permanent leaders or captains, no bullying. ​
