so 3 extra missions costing 80 MS points and maybe $1 US on PSN (tommorow), a $4.99 PSN/ 480 MS unlockable pilot Mister Bushido and the Susanowo Gundam from 00 Gundam series (next week the 26th-27th July) , continuing into August with another 3 missions , and a promise of more missions + pilot/s in September .

We already know the Japan version has 3-4 DLC pilots released with new mechs , and nothing more is announced for release .(but we can always hope for more)

from another site I dug up the following information:

GNX-Y601TW Susanowo

This suit is pretty good to start with, really fast executions of move. Decent, fast square move set. the charged attacks have extremely fast executions except for the last one which launches a huge energy ball. Simple one-hit SP. ASP is exactly the same as the last charge attack, except in a consecutive manner. CSP hard to maneuver but the issen finish is kinda cool.

Attachment: When killcount > 250, attacks will increase the SP gauge quicker.

Pros: really fast moves, trans-am mode turns it in to a beast.
Cons: no guns, low defence, trans-am is brief

GN-006 Cherudim Gundam

For those who love guns, or Dante from DMC, you will love this one. The square chain is performed purely by the GN pistols, and it is pretty quick and clean. just spamming the square chain will keeps the grunts at a safe distance. All of the charged attack has actually been performed in the anime, so fans will definitely be very excited when they use Cherudim. To start with Cherudim is pretty decent, the beams from his rifle has insane range, seriously insane range. Far greater than Seravee, which aligns with the anime. This makes the 3rd charged attack deadly. (I don't count beam rifle as charge attack 1, so the 3rd charge attack mentioned equates to the 4th one in the game) Later on when you get the last charge attack, Cherudim kicks ass. That beam has such an high attack and range, all you need to do is to line up the grunts nicely.

SP is decent good for aces, ASP good for clearing fields. CSP is again hard to manage, not as good as SPs but cool as you can only see the "combined funnel cannon" from CSP.

Attachment: Trans-am lasts longer (Its still really brief......) (this is the attachment for all the Gundam 00 Suits)

Pros: insane range, great vs grunts and fields
Cons: not that effective in one on one situations, need to rely on SPs alot. No apparent boost to moveset after trans-am.

GN-007 Arios Gundam

Pros: can transform
Cons: everything else.

GN-008 Seravee Gundam

At the beginner, this is a bit hard. The moves are very slow, which aligns with the anime very well, the moveset leaves a lot of opening for the enemy. The charged attacks are good and fancy, but slow. The 3rd charged attack gives a 6 + 1 hit combo, and after trans-am it doubles to 12 + 1 hit combo. The move is really cool if you are dueling, but if you are not, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to execute the full combo smoothly. The second charged attack is a grapple move (Fans will know which one) , and does decent damage.

As you level up, Seravee is a fun suit to use, the final move is really nice, and after trans-am the seraphim will emit a GN force field before firing its cannons. Not to mention, Seravee blocks with GN field (Obviously....)

SP sucks at first, when you get 2 SP gauge, it makes a huge difference. The ball of energy does so much damage while you are charging it, and even more after you release it. It takes skill to fire the ball out so maximum damage is dealt to the right guy. ASP is just like F91's ASP, where Seravee will fire its combined rifle in a straight line. CSP is really really really awesome (one of the best CSP in the game i think), and i will leave it there.

Pros: fancy moves, insane defence
Cons: too slow, not that good in crowd clearing.

NZ-666 Kshatriya

Personally i think this is the best one out of all the DLC suits. The moves are really nice and makes use of the funnels a lot, which i like. The square chain move set is not as slow as expected, and has decent range as well. the 3rd charge attack is really really effective in clearing fields, especially when you installed the part where you get random bonus damage for ranged attacks. However at point blank range, this move is to be avoided. Once you level up and unlock the 4th and 5th attacks, this suit beats all. The 5th charged attack will leave you breathless when you first see it, and it is quick and clean. High damage potential and controllable, makes it a very deadly move.

All the SPs are excellent. SP will clear a field in no time, ASP will deal serious damage to Aces. CSP is nice, but a bit hard to control.

Attachment: when killcount > 250, defence increases. (makes Kshatriya almost invincible)

Pros: Awesome crowd clearing, insane SPs
Cos: The move execution is not really slow, but do leave you open during charge attacks at times.

update: due to an administrative cock-up (mistake and blunder) the US PSN network versions of the DLC will be postponed until August 2nd , thanks to some incompetence by the North American distributors Bandai/Namco , from what we understand the DLC will be heaped on the 3rd DLC release scheduled , so instead of 3 missions week 1 July 20th, Susonowo and Mister Bushido week 2 July 27th ? We have 3 missions , Mr. bushido , and 3 more missions all on August 2nd , and then you can expect another new Mobile suit the following week August 9th (unannounced but if they follow the releases on a regular schedule)
