is all 4 one a casualized experience or does it still cator to the core?

what I mean by that is,
does all 4 one have it's classic rpg style leveling up system?
do the weapons upgrade just like the past games?
does ratchet and the duo have upgradable health/armor?

It's the same classic R&C formula that we all know and love with two core changes:

- Optional Co-op, local or online.
- Camera system (fixed instead of behind the player to accommodate the Co-op).

Having played through the Closed BETA, I started to like this camera more than the classic third-person camera. It works really well for the gameplay. This could probably end up becoming my all-time favorite R&C game. We'll see in October.

Cron, give me more detail on the camera. So the fixed camera is from above even when playing a single player non co-op mode? I understand the game will give you another character to complete the co-op style of the game, but the camera remains fixed from above?
