In Brazil the employees of the government can't be fired

After passing through the exam called "Concurso Público" the candidates Will Go through the probatory stage.

After 3 years they have stability in the job and can only be fired If they commit a crime like robbery or killing someone.

Is there anything like this in the USA?

that's bait people, unless you're a high tier civil servant like in the high courts or congress, there's little to no compensation for the annual inflation, you still get paid in coin that's worth less than 1/5 of a dollar, and most of these positions are dead end jobs that go boring pretty fast like sitting on the same chair/desk for 35 years, same people, stamping pointless papers and talking with angry third-world chimps, and most people have no respect for you.
Being a police officer, military or firefighter is much more exciting , life fulfilling and respected on social media.
