I still have a doomscrolling problem

I blame reddit

And family calls me on my phone

And doing gig apps keeps me glued to my phone

Im tired of using my phone

Maybe I should really start carrying just a galaxy watch with me (i dont use it atm, doesnt have lte on my carrier)
