just about finished playing and have enjoyed..I thought I had cleared all the riddler trophies because there wasn't any left on the map but in the list it still says shows I have four more? any opinions?are there 4 more that aren't all the map?

I believe they only appear on the map if you tagged them sometime when you ran into them at some point
:^/ Interrogating Riddler henchmen is supposed to reveal Riddler trophies for you, but I'm sure you've done oodles of that. Perhaps the ones you want are in a building?

Yes, interrogate the green glowing guys. They will tell you where more trophies are. Also, you must be inside a particular building to for that building's trophies to show on the map. If you're just out and about, trophies in buildings won't display.
