Where is the watering can on Innocent Iife for ps2 to water your garden in the winter?

Have the Watering can equipped. Go to the small lake behind the elevator and bins on the farm level. Stand at the edge of the water (don't worry about falling in) and press the same button you would use to water with the can, swing the hoe or initiate an action. The 3rd level watering can uses the water that the animals drink when you unlock that area.

The first level watering can you get from Dr. Hope. The second watering can you get from Masami, and the third watering can you find in a chest across the wooden bridge in the mist. It's the only chest you can open in this area the first time you arrive.
