Game Stuck Chapter 5 Prologue

Its where after we rescued the dwarves we go back to rivendell. We cant talk to elrond to show him that rune and we can't talk to Beleram to take us to mirkwood or whatever we are completely stuck and have no idea what to do im on the ps3 and playing co op with my brother

If the rune you are talking about is the westernesse artifacts if so you need all 3 the quest tells you if you have got them then you need to talk to Rivendells blacksmith and he will give you a choice reward or save it until you go to Nordinbad as to go to mirkwood i think there is a proceed portal near beleram (not the one on the bridge)

Did you try just going to the transit point? If I remember correctly, it's the one between the bridge and the patio where Frodo was standing during the prologue to the Ettenmoors chapter.
