How do i know it’s hacked? I’m a newer player i used to play older gems i know who celibi is not a fan of it

There is no way to get a legit shiny Hoopa. It passed online checks because they forgot to program the shiny lock, but all Hoopa events were shiny locked, so all shiny Hoopa’s are hacked or genned. Check out Serebii’s shiny dex for all shiny locks.

It depends on what you means by “bad”. It won’t hurt any of your game files or anything. Just make sure people know it’s not legit before trading with it, or keep it for a personal collection.
