Is "Focus" working on DA Inquisition? The only time my Knight Enchanter Focus spells come into availability is at the very beginning of an attack. How can I make it work during attacks? I'm playing on an Xbox 360 in Normal mode.

Focus is used up after the ability is used once. After that you have to wait for it to recharge before using it again. So short of a equipment item that increases focus recharge speed. All you can do is fight until it recharges.
I hardly used focus except during dragon fights. On Normal, at least, there's no real need as the it takes a long time to charge up, even with items and the perk that boosts it. Might be more useful on harder difficulties, though.
