Hi guys, Ive been playing Far Cry 3(non-steam) and I'm really loving the game. The only issue I'm having are these "black boxes". Im not sure what else to call them, originally i thought it had something to with the shadows in the game but now I'm not sure.They seem to hover over shelters, vegetation and other pre-rendered objects.

I have very little technical knowledge of computers and games so I'm not really sure where to start with this. I've tried messing with the video settings in game and it doesnt seem to help. Updating drivers and switching from directx 11 to directx 9 doesnt help either. Thanks for any help.
My pc settings :
*Intel Core i5-4200U 1.6Ghz with Turbo Boost up to 2.6Ghz
*AMD Radeon R7 M265 with 2GB Dedicated VRAM
*4 GB DDR3 L Memory
