There is an option to "receive email notifications" in the Preferences page and when you watch threads. If you use this you will have noticed that the emails stopped coming. Apparently IGN got fingered as a spammer for these notifications. We disabled the feature a week or so ago to clear our name. We have a third-party mailer lined up to handle notifications, but the code integration isn't done.* I'll update when it's ready, probably in a couple weeks.
