Double Play Error

Why on God's green earth can I never do a double play? Every fucking time I throw it to 2nd, he throws the ball over the head of the 2nd baseman. I literally have to hold down the button for 3 seconds? By that time it's too late and I dont get anyone out. Can someone help with this? God this game sucks

Not sure what you're doing wrong. I run into this problem occasionally but not like you seem to describe. Just try tapping the base instead of holding it down

This happened to me the first time I tried turning a double play. I've came to the conclusion that the closer the fielder is to second base the softer the 'feed' is needed hence "soft hands".
