There's not much for her to do after Lazarevic kills Jeff. She doesn't really add much to the story up until the end. Chloe is the star of Among Thieves, I'd have to say.

I like Elena better. Sure Chloe is a bit sexier and has a sexier voice but I like Elena's softness and her voice is soothing.
