I rated it a 5. Loved the atmosphere and the twist caught be off-guard. And it turned out to be a story that made me think about it long after watching it.

It's really a testament to his will. He never deviated because he knew he had forever to make his will break the wall. Props to you Doc.

So I just realized... The doctor that emerged from the confession dial at the end was something that can ultimately be described as a manifestation of his will. The confession dial was to produce his last will and testament upon his death. Was it a clever play on words? What new manner of being is this...
