After a long year of nothing, the Doctor is back! Unfortunately, she brought Chibnall with her!

Did he learn anything from the last series? I guess we'll find out today. Starting off with a spy parody doesn't fill me with hope, though. As usual, no spoilers until it airs!

I saw an ad with the Doctor on a motorcycle and I just kind of sighed. Granted an image doesn't mean that the show will be bad but it doesn't give me much hope.

Jodie is a good Doctor and she clearly loves the role but she's being wasted by bad direction and boring stories.

ngl, not looking forward to this series. chinball is the fucking worst.

and really... jodie's doctor, while not bad, is simply not good enough or charismatic enough to elevate these poorer scripts the same way previous doctor's have.

i'll be watching of course, as i'm too invested in the series at this point i'm gonna have to just slog through it *sigh*

I absolutely loved that, what a turn around from last year. I really hope Chibnall can keep this up, if he does I'm all in on this era.

I haven't followed the show in years at this point. Probably best to just take me off the tag list now since I have no intentions of ever returning to the show.

For a while, it wasn't bad. Then it got a bit stupid and now the Master appears to be a wacky giggling dumbass again. Part two might work out but it's Chibnall so I'm not convinced.

I problem for me is I still don't care about any of the characters, including the Doctor
