It was a fun little superhero story

It was entertaining, but I wish it toned down on the cliches. All of time and space and the doctor is visiting trope city.

That was entertaining enough for Christmas. Not sure I'm looking forward to Nardole sticking around, though.

It was fun. New series looks promising.

That was great. Cheesy but only as much as I wanted it to be and self aware. The Doctor and Grant's relationship was great. Nardole was much better than expected and I'm actually looking forward to him in s10 now. I did find myself hoping for it to be a bit stronger than it was for for the final act, but still enjoyable throughout. Good fun romp if nothing amazing.

I'd probably rank it around the lower half of Moffat's Chirstmas Specials, but beats out most to all of the RTD ones.
