They recently did a Twitch Livestream that focused on Trish's new gameplay mechanics. They also talk about the in-game costumes/pallet swaps a little bit.

These costumes are being offered as DLC pre-order incentives in Japan with the purchase of the physical Collector's Edition release.

Outside Japan it is digital only, but Japan is getting a physical release that includes: an 85-page color production note book, the CD soundtrack, three alternate game covers, and the costume DLC for Lady and Trish (with a bonus of 300,000 red orbs). It's also reportedly coming in a box designed to look like. . . a pizza box. And no, I'm not even joking.

IGN just posted they are a pre-order bonus for the digital version outside Japan as well! And it's only $25.00. June 23rd release.
