Hi there. This is a second account I've made otherwise I couldn't post here.
I've already contacted the support like 4 times but they just stop answering me after a while so here I am.
Maybe here someone will follow my problem?
Basically I'm an user on the Italian board, over there I can login from this page
https://it.ign.com/forum/login/ (it should redirect you to this https://s.ign.com/private/en/sign-in?redirect=http://it.ign.com/myign.fsync )
but I cannot change my password from that page, it will give me an error.
Point is that instead I cannot login from here
www.ign.com
but I can request a password change (!!!?) and the process works just fine, since after changing the password I have to use the new one to log into the Italian board from the login page I wrote above...
The Italian board staff already told me that is not an issue on their side.
Can someone help me? I'm thinking that somehow the email of my account was already used lot of years ago on the US website and maybe something has gone haywire?
