Create a player

I've already created 3 three guys, and I have not started a season or franchise. How do I get them into one?

They should be in the free agents list. You can start a season/franchise with them as free agents or you can just add them to a team beforehand.

I've always just edited the worst player on Tampa Bay and gone from there in Franchise Mode. It's so much easier.
