How do you set the systems clock to december to get the suits?

It's all the way on the right (and once on that panel, the top left box on the 2012 GUI).
It should go without saying that you should be disconnected from Xbox Live to do this.
For the PS3, the is a similar setting (again, remain physically disconnected from PSN ... like disconnect the cable from your machine). I forgot where the System Date is set on the PS3, but it is there. The PS3 has an internal battery, so you cannot set your system to its launch date by disconnecting the power supply (like you can with the older white 360).
