Can's do 1.05 update

I'm trying to play GT 6 for the first time in a long time and I can't do the latest update, i click ok to do the update, the PS3 thiks for a minute the turns off and on again but the screen stays black. Any ideas?

I got it to work, I signed into PSN after the game started up instead and it worked. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much new since the new year.
