I made some more bread. not as great as the first batch, but I will try again with fresher yeast.

The last loaves I made are even taller. Fresh yeast is a must. The first 4 loaves were made with older yeast and didn't rise well.

Does anybody have a fairly simple recipe that's suitable for a beginner?

(i don't have a bread oven so it would need to work for a regular oven; if there's even a significant difference ...)

Traditional White Bread

Here's a time-saver! You can omit the first rising time by using quick active dry yeast.

Try out it once! It is so yummy that that we bought from shops and is healthy. Just adding vanilla or any fruit essence will make it more delicious!
