Best single player games

Okay so since Fable 2 isn't available on pc and I can't afford a xbox just to play this game, I'm looking for a single player / open world rpg game which is as good as Fable 2 , I tried Skyrim (liked it), but I'd like a game that looks like Fable. Thanks
