So I finished the Batgirl DLC with 100%, but there is still guy crouched in the center building (across from the oil baron's office where you find the last tape.)
Detective mode still shows "1 Hostile Detected". I have tried and tried to find a way to this guy, but the only ways in are locked.
Anyone else get driven mad by this?
BTW, as I was leaving the baron's office, Detective mode identified an "Tape Player Unarmed" and a "Door Unarmed."
