analog plus zone hitting online

How do I only play with someone who also uses Analog plus Zone hitting online? It is the only way to hit where changeups and breaking balls can actually fool you but nobody uses it. Also what does P with the circle and the "ON" and "ON-G" mean in the Game Room.

I cannot help with the first question. The P icon with the color represents the strength of the players connection (green, yellow, red). "On" means the player is in the lobby, whereas the "On-G" signifies the player is actively in a game.

You can't search for zone plus analog only. You'd have to go to gamerooms asking for games with those specifications. People can just change it at any time though.
