Almost done with the game, now I am stuck

I went back to Base Exterior to find a relic I missed, but now I can't seem to leave the place. The fast travel spot is unreachable due to not being able to go past the truck on the bridge, and I can't climb the tower for some reason.

Am I screwed? I can't figure it out.

Same issue. Main game not completed. Went back for treasure map and now stuck as well. I can't even kill myself. I just want to get back to base camp
